Furniture arrives flat-packed with step-by-step assembly instructions and the necessary tools included. A screwdriver may also be required.

Contact the courier to change your delivery date or have your parcel delivered to a neighbour or safe place.
No worries! Just let us know what's missing or damaged, including a photo if applicable. We'll arrange for the replacement part to be sent free of charge.

We’re unable to offer a choice of delivery time slots. Our courier will send you the expected delivery date and time prior to delivery. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
For houses, your order is delivered to your front door. For flats, it’s delivered to the main entrance of the building. Some couriers may bring it up to your flat, but this isn’t guaranteed.
We don’t deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands. We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
