All our products come with a standard 12-month warranty, along with post-warranty support.
My product has broken down beyond the warranty period. What can I do?

- Provide your order details, including the order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to discuss the issue and determine the most suitable solution.
We are committed to supporting our customers and in most cases, we provide replacement parts free of charge, with only a small shipping fee to be covered by the customer. We will handle the entire process and coordinate everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
