  2. Let our friendly team know the name and price of the product.
  3. Tell us where you found it and provide a link to the website.

That’s it! We just need to verify the price. Once confirmed, we’ll get back to you and match it.

  • We only match against the current price of a competitor’s product.
  • We only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK.
  • The product on the competitor’s website must be identical to the one on our site.
  • The product must be available for purchase on the competitor’s website.
  • We do not price match against in-store offers or prices available through memberships, loyalty programmes, or reward schemes.
