Would you like to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched?
If you have placed an order but have changed your mind and would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:
- Visit Contact Us section at the bottom of the page and use the contact form.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and confirm that you would like to cancel the order.
Once your order has been cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
Would you like to cancel an order that has already been dispatched?
If you would like to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please follow the steps below:
- Visit Contact Us section at the bottom of the page and use the contact form.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and confirm that you would like to cancel the order.
Please note that orders which are already in transit cannot be cancelled. The only way to cancel such an order is to reject the delivery upon arrival and inform us accordingly.
Once we have confirmed that your order has been rejected and is being returned to us, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Have you ordered something and realised it is no longer needed?
Our customer-friendly return policy allows you to return your product within 30 days from the day you receive it. If you decide to initiate a return within this period, please ensure that the goods are unused (they must not show any signs of assembly) and are returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Visit Contact Us section at the bottom of the page and use the contact form.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and confirm that you would like to return the product.
- Provide the collection details, including your full name, collection address and mobile number.
- Please wrap your item securely to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in perfect condition.
- Let us know your preferred collection date.
Please note that collections take place on weekdays only and someone must be present at the collection address between 8 AM and 6 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific collection time slot.
Please be aware that for returns due to a change of mind, the following charges apply:
Collection fee: £30.00
Re-stocking fee: £10.00
Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund reduced by the collection and restocking fees.
Can I return a product that was purchased more than 30 days ago?
Unfortunately, as a general policy, we do not accept returns for products purchased more than 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Provide your order details, including the order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we have received your request, we will offer the most suitable solution to resolve your issue from the options below:
- Replacement part sent to you via next-day shipping.
- Collection of the item and exchange for a new product.
- Collection of the item and a full refund.
